The history:
Pusat Muzik LKS Setapak Sdn Bhd (Reg No: 767237-X) was founded by Mr. Lai Kim Seng in 1984. His vision, determination, and dedication have driven the company’s success, earning it a strong reputation in Malaysia’s music industry.
What began as a small business with just two staff members has evolved into a leading enterprise with over 40 qualified piano technicians. Our team specializes in the reconditioning, restoring, and supplying of used pianos, reflecting our commitment to excellence and innovation in the field.
Our Strength:
Mr. Lai and his team hand-pick used pianos from Japan, expertly reconstruct them locally, and distribute them throughout Malaysia and neighboring countries. Rest assured, all replaced components—particularly performance-related parts such as hammerheads and piano strings—are primarily sourced from Japan.
With years of technical expertise and experience, Mr. Lai and his team restore old pianos to their best possible condition, achieving quality comparable to new models but at a more affordable price.
We offer a selection of popular Japanese piano brands, including Yamaha and Kawai.
